Welcome to Boxit Gifts. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Website Terms

By accessing or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our services.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site means you accept those changes.

2. Alcohol Sales & Licensing

Boxit Limited is the holder of Off-Licence 007/OFF/341/2025 under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, which authorises us to sell alcohol online from (but not on) our licensed premises:

Conditions of Sale:

• Alcohol may only be sold as part of a gift basket or hamper.

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient are 18+.

• It is illegal to misrepresent your age. Doing so may result in prosecution and fines of up to $2,000.

• Alcohol cannot be delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day. Deliveries are restricted to 7.00am – 7.00pm daily.

• Our website uses age verification prompts at entry and checkout to comply with the Act.

• Every receipt for alcohol orders will display our licence details.

3. Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device.

If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

All offers are subject to stock availability.

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.

• Payment is required at the time of order before goods are dispatched.

• We use secure payment processing. Boxit does not retain your credit card details. For refunds or adjustments, we may securely request details again.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver gifts throughout New Zealand using trusted courier partners.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and location.

• Alcohol delivery is subject to the restrictions noted above.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

• If a gift arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

• We will also arrange the return of any damaged products where necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of boxit.co.nz or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure our website is accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Boxit Limited is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from use of this website, our products, or linked websites, except as required under New Zealand law.
