Liquor Laws:
Customers must be 18 or over and not be intoxicated to make purchases on this site. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase alcohol. Customers are required to certify that they are 18 years of age or over and their gift recipient is 18 years of age or over to be able to purchase alcohol from this site. Falsely stating that you are 18 years of age or over is a prosecutable offence under section 243 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and subject to a fine of up to $2000 or conviction.
To comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, Boxit has an off-license to sell liquor originally granted by the Auckland District Licensing Agency on 9 February 2009.

Conditions of Purchase:
While products and descriptions are accurate at time of publishing, we reserve the right to replace items with those of similar or greater value if for any reason they are unavailable at the delivery time required. Colours are as close as internet colours allow.
Payment:
If we accept your order for goods, you must pay us the purchase price and delivery charges specified at the time of submitting your order. All amounts payable are calculated in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. You must pay these amounts by the means we agree with you at the time of submitting your order. We are unable to reserve or dispatch goods before payment is made.
When making a purchase via this website your financial details are passed through a secure server and are not retained. If you wish to add to your order or if we need to make a refund we may need to contact you to obtain your credit card details for processing.
Returns:
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. However, in the unlikely event that a gift or products reach you or your gift recipient in an unsatisfactory condition and we are notified within a reasonable period of time we will repair or replace the damaged gift or products or provide a refund meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We will also make arrangements for return of the damaged gift or products.
