However, in the unlikely event that a gift or products reach you or your gift recipient in an unsatisfactory condition and we are notified within a reasonable period of time we will repair or replace the damaged gift or products or provide a refund meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We will also make arrangements for return of the damaged gift or products.
