🚚 Delivery Information

At Boxit Limited, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on the destination and courier schedules.

If your order is time-sensitive, please let us know at checkout or contact us directly. We'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests and can quote for dedicated Auckland delivery where available.


🕒 Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Dispatch Time:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  • If an item is out of stock or there's a delay, our team will contact you promptly.

Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch):

Note:  High Volume Orders – Shipping Timeframes & Rates

For larger orders—such as 5 or more gift boxes, or orders over $400 being sent to a single address—dispatch may take up to 7 business days. This allows us to ensure everything is packed securely and beautifully.

Shipping rates for these high-value or bulk orders will depend on the actual size and weight of the parcel. Once we receive your order, we’ll get in touch via email to confirm the expected delivery timeframe and any updated shipping charges.

🏥 Hospital Deliveries

Deliveries are made to hospital inwards goods areas only. To help staff get your gift to the recipient, please include:

  • Full recipient name
  • Ward/floor number
  • Hospital name and full address
  • Contact phone and email

📍 Delivery Details & Redirection

Please ensure all delivery information is correct, including:

  • Full name
  • Company (if applicable)
  • Street address with postcode
  • Contact phone and email

If the address is incorrect or changes after dispatch, a redirection fee may apply.


📦 Signature & Delivery Instructions

  • All parcels are sent "Signature Required" by default.
  • You may request the parcel be left unattended (e.g. "leave at front door") by adding instructions at checkout.
  • If no one is home and no instructions are provided, the courier will leave a calling card for re-delivery or pickup.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow its progress and contact the courier if needed.


❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been dispatched. If cancelled, we'll refund your order minus any payment processing fees.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or recalled.
