Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, in the unlikely event that a gift or product arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, we are committed to resolving the issue in line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If notified within a reasonable timeframe, we will arrange to repair or replace the item, or provide a refund where appropriate.

We will also coordinate the return of any damaged goods at no additional cost to you.
